Shift: Various Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health status
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Certification in specialty area preferred but not required (e.g., CCRN for ICU, CEN for ER, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in chosen subspecialty
- BLS/ACLS certification as required by subspecialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
