Primary Focus The MS Power BI Developer will be a key position at supporting the US Army, supporting financial reporting and other customer projects. In this role, you will develop MS Power BI reporting on key financial indicators, both collecting requirements and promoting innovation. This MS Power BI Developer is an expert in creating compelling visual insights that drive business outcomes and actions. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse. Responsibilities * Leverage knowledge of U.S. federal government business processes to internal reporting changes.
* Assess financial reporting, identify gaps for the development and operations of a broad, business portfolio, and develop visualizations to solve issues.
* Work closely with the Army Stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
* Analyze, design, develop, test, quality control, implement, and support BI solutions from multiple data sources (Splunk, SharePoint, Oracle, etc.).
* Perform system and data analysis to implement MS Power BI solutions.
* Requires the ability to develop creative technical solutions.
* Ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic hybrid solution environment.
* Support or attend briefings at the General Officer/Senior Executive level.
* Develop understanding of DoD logistics, maintenance, and their impact on DoD unit readiness.
* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience.
* Minimum of six years combined experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain with a focus on Microsoft Technologies.
* Identify, design, and develop business intelligence solutions and reports related to DoD readiness.
* Utilize PowerBI primarily, and support other analytical tools as needed to manipulate data, generate reports, and integrate data from various sources.
* Secret Clearance required.
* Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - Certifications
* Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills: * Must possess problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft certifications and training a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
* Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
* Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
* Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
* Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualification: * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Certifications Reports to: Program Manager Working Conditions * Professional office environment.

* Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
