Pay Range: $50K- $55K per year
Essential duties and Responsibilities:

- Obtain understanding of business flows to coordinate all supply chain activities from purchase through sale
- Generate purchase orders to vendors on behalf of procurement
- Generate sales orders to cold storages on behalf of customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer spreadsheets
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and cold storage facilities
- Assist with ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate with credit representative to properly issue claims
- Work with financial analyst to investigate and expedite payments/reconciliation of aging invoices
- Some onsite evaluation of product
- Job Location in Fayetteville, AR
- College education in field related to Business, Supply Chain, or Agriculture
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to work in an organized environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Limit data entry mistakes
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
