Looking for an experienced Estimator to buy out all commercial construction projects. Must be familiar with all phases of construction from preconstruction planning, estimating, bidding. Have an understanding of project management such as schedule projection and trade contract management. Must have prior experience doing a similar job. Excellent opportunity for a self-starting individual.

• Must be well versed in estimating.
• Understand new construction.
• Must have at least 10 years of estimating experience.
• Analyzing requirement specifications and blueprints to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the project.
• Creating labor estimates for any projects.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company suppliers and contractors.
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors.
• Using bid data to prepare detailed cost analysis and budget.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders.
• Compiling and recording actual costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
