Community Bridges is the largest non-profit integrated health care provider in Arizona. We are looking for an Outreach Specialist II for our Strategic Opioid Response (SOR) program serving in Pinal County.
The Strategic Opioid Response (SOR) program provides support and services to homeless individuals in the community that are struggling with opioid dependence by creating increased access to services while focusing on prevention from sustained use. Outreach Specialist II will complete outreach in the community, work with agencies within law enforcement and the judicial system to identify those who are in need of services. 
Skills and Requirements:

• Has a verified general equivalency diploma (GED) or high school diploma
• This position requires flexibility within schedules
• Requires a valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Must have a clear 39 month MVR report and must be able to present report at time of interview
• Must be in recovery from substance abuse, GMH or homelessness for a minimum of 1 year. Recovery from opiate dependence preferred.
• BHT or 4 years of Behavioral health field experience preferred.
