**About the role**

The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

Characteristics of responsible projects:

Duration: Midterm (weeks to months)

Value: Typically < $2 Million USD

**What youll do**

Working within an established program for a single client, manage small to high scale capital improvement projects related to branch renovations and smaller scale one-of projects, for the clients national portfolio of buildings.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with local leadership and contractors.

Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with clients company standards.

Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency project requests.

Manage internal and external relationships supporting the clients Centralized Facilities Management program.

Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.

Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the members of the organizations served.

Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short-term gaps necessary to meet long-term goals.

**What youll need**

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

3 years of Project Management experience.

Microsoft Project software experience preferred.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
