Strategic Finance, Sr. Manager

What you'll do: The Strategic Finance Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will be instrumental in driving key financial analyses and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will create and organize spreadsheets and checklists to accomplish Finance-related tasks. You will perform ad hoc financial analysis and Business Intelligence activities to support day-to-day business management tasks. You will be a key player in establishing our analytic and data driven culture - helping the business team to steer the organization, provide data & insights to business leaders, and uncover ways to add more value to drive the business.
What will be your responsibilities?

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential outcomes and inform decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze ad hoc strategic initiatives, including market expansion opportunities, product launches, and investment decisions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency, including the implementation of best practices and automation solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives.

What does it take to do this job?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Seven or more years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing complex financial models and analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Strong analytical approach to problem solving and an ability to understand operational workflow

and processes in an Advertising, Media or Technology company

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities, and drive results.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and PBCS).
