**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care to a young female in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our member.
**Duties:**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as reminder to take a shower, brush her teeth. She is pretty independent.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, with a positive and caring environment.
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines from healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document client behaviors to ensure their safety and well-being.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in patient care and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Ability to administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in first aid techniques for emergency situations.
- Capable of handling light lifting tasks when necessary.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations governing caregiving practices.
