Compensation:

• Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
•Provide comprehensive leadership and direction to the operations team to achieve the company's objectives.
•Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance performance and business growth.
•Oversee all aspects of operations management, including production, supply chain, and logistics.
Strategic Planning:
•Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and strategies.
•Provide operational insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business performance.
•Evaluate operational performance by analyzing key metrics and trends, and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
Process Improvement:
•Manage the preparation of timely and accurate operational reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
•Implement and maintain robust processes to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Team Development:
•Attract, develop, and retain high-quality operations professionals.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development within the operations team.
•Provide mentorship and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations staff.
Cost Management:
•Oversee cost management and inventory control to optimize operational efficiency.
•Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve profitability.
•Monitor and control capital expenditures to ensure alignment with budget and strategic objectives.
Operational Systems:
•Optimize the use of operational systems and technology to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
•Lead system implementation projects and enhancements to support the company's growth and operational needs.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
•Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the beverage or CPG sector.
•Proven track record in operational planning, process improvement, and strategy development.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in operational software and ERP systems.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
