You will lead all Asset Protection initiatives that focuses on protecting our people and assets to maintain a safe and secure environment for all, while educating store teams on ways to minimize safety or security related incidents. Additionally, you will manage and develop the boutique team to optimize Asset Protection strategies while continuing to deliver a positive impact on the over business. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Provide physical security expertise for the building and ensure proper functionality of all controls including but not limited to cameras, EAS, burglar alarms and keys Manage the building's contract security detail which comprises of multiple guard posts Participate in the recruitment and hiring/training of top talent for contract guard positions Coordinates and manages all law enforcement / banking fraud investigative requests. Fulfills subpoena requests and works closely with law enforcement and prosecuting attorneys monitoring progress and providing information and data in support of their cases Partners with CHANEL transportation department and external carrier security to resolve all missing deliveries and discrepancies both incoming and out bound Proactively combat Internal and external loss with consistent employee education and execution of all deterrence resources/tools in addition to maintaining a strong relationship with other luxury partners to resolve / prevent criminal activity Promote and maintain the building's safety awareness program by conducting quarterly trainings with the CHANEL team Partner with boutique operations to maintain a perpetual awareness of loss and provide strategies to control the boutique's inventory Identify, investigate, and resolve internal/external theft and fraud to minimize the impact of loss while partnering with Corporate to address as appropriate and take corrective actions Maintain a safe and client centric environment for VIP/ Celebrity clients both in the boutique and for PR while acting as the primary point of contact for any personal security detail they may have Support all special events and site-specific strategies You are energized by: The history and heritage of The House of CHANEL Building collaborative partnerships and relationships Fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection Being comfortable in the middle of complexity and ambiguity Creativity and innovation by testing, learning, and taking new risks Position Logistics: Minimum 7 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Ability to lift 15 lbs. A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays Boutique Management: Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results. *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 through $80,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
