Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating and implementing a regular classroom program to provide educational opportunities for students
• Using a variety of teaching methods including structured, unstructured, data driven and creativity.
• Creating a positive relationship with the students' families and maintaining strong, healthy relationships with students
• Implementing lessons in a data driven manner using appropriate assessment tools (including student reports) to track learning
• Creating and implementing lesson plans based on children's needs and abilities
• Collaborating with other teachers and parents to create a community where everyone is part
• Handling parents' concerns regarding their children's needs
• Designing classroom activities that will promote children's learning

Qualifications:

• CDA or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is REQUIRED
• 2 years of experience working with children in a licensed childcare facility preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
