Job Description
This role involves connecting clients with the broad range of financial solutions that Bank of America offers to help them achieve their financial goals.
Advanced Client Solutions Specialists balance service requests with sales opportunities, acting as experts on financial solutions.
They engage with clients to understand their life and financial goals, pairing appropriate solutions and services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing customized solutions.
- Sell and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Identify client needs for specialized sales functions and refer to partners (Merrill, Lending, & Small Business).
- Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
- Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction by leveraging available tools.
Qualifications

- Intermediate proficiency with computers.

- Experience in financial services.
- Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat, or video).
- Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume.
