What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at CCG Marketing Solutions?
CCG Marketing Solutions works with the hottest brands in drinkware with well-known products that fly off retail shelves. When we say fast paced, we mean you’ll be busy every day, all-day. This role requires a vocal leader to ensure CCG unquestionably meets SLA by coordinating priorities, inventory levels and production resources. This role has heavy reliance on forensics in reporting and within our WMS (Footprint) to solve issues and lead project plans. Our perfect candidate is unafraid to level set expectations and hold others accountable. Experience working on the vendor-side serving Fortune 500 companies is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage day-to-day client needs & expectations.
- Lead client status meetings
- Ensure SLA’s and program expectations are being met.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to manage tactical program/job execution including, but not limited to, inventory & order management, ad hoc offset and digital print, and fulfillment projects.
- Track forecasts and provide real-time status on all projects to internal project teams and client stakeholders.
- Timely project follow-up – anticipate and manage project delays.
- Proactive inventory management – low stock/short date/expired inventory analysis, periodic cycle counts, inventory destruction.
- Quoting/Invoicing/PO trending with guidance of manager, as needed
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
- Multi-Channel e-commerce fulfillment program experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Initiate and maintain good organization of records and information.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team structure, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.
