• Pay scale is based on shift and experience

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, which includes, but is not limited to, medication administration, assessments, wound care, and thorough documentation. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day activities performed by STNAs and notifying physicians of any patient status changes.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
• A current, unencumbered, active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
