Job Summary:
CCHCS, LLC is looking for an LCPC with Supervision to lead our team. This is 1099 per diem 10 hours per week.
Provides clinical supervision for assigned clinical personnel and other support staff. Supervision needs will be evaluated based on clinical experience and performance and you will staff weekly with interns. Adheres to all current federal & state laws safeguarding confidential protected health information and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). You will be a versatile, self-motivated, results-oriented professional who is able to assist with managing a strong clinical team. This position assists with managing and ensuring service quality and clinical documentation compliance while working closely with the team to achieve the organization’s clinical goals and service outcomes. Ensures clinical documentation meets Medicaid standards. Conducts documented supervision with assigned clinical staff and provides ongoing feedback to each provider concerning quality of clinical services and work performance. Maintains professional licensure as a behavioral health provider in good standing based on Nevada licensing requirements. Reviews assessments & staff’s diagnoses along with appropriate recommendation for treatment services.

This role requires expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians, including case management and group therapy sessions
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to pediatric patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to optimize patient care
- Offer psychotherapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and compliance with hospital regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling)
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches, including group therapy and behavioral therapy
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ICD-9 coding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide clinical oversight in a hospital or similar setting
