Summary:

Join our team at CCI Prime as a Senior FP&A Analyst, where you will drive financial performance and strategic decision-making for our business. As a key member of the Finance team, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities to support the achievement of our company's financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Prepare the monthly financials package and quarterly bank deliverables.

- Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of financial results, variances and trends to support senior management decision-making.

- Collaborate with department heads to set financial targets and monitor performance against KPIs.

2. Strategic Decision Support:

- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities and business expansion plans through financial modeling and analysis.

- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess business decisions' potential impact on financial performance.

- Provide recommendations and actionable insights to optimize business processes, improve profitability, and drive long-term growth.

3. Performance Reporting:

- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and areas of opportunity or concern.

- Focus on sales and profitability analysis: by customer, segment, etc. Explain variances vs PY, budget and forecast.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align financial plans with strategic priorities.

- Foster a collaborative and cooperative working environment to exchange financial insights across departments.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes.

- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

- 3 years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and beverage.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Power BI preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with proven leadership abilities.
