- This position is for 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including a 10% shift differential)****
Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain a flexo press in a safe, efficient manner meeting all customer requirements (quality, safety, and on-time delivery).
- Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure job is completed to customer specifications.
- Perform periodic scheduled maintenance up to and including minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate records, coordinate with supervisors with production issues.
- Complies with company, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to produce labels with the highest level of quality
- Good mathematical skills
- Good mechanical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to maintain highest safety standards.
- Ability to meet, or exceed, company productivity metrics
- Prior or similar printing experience
