What You’ll Accomplish
  • Performing a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks
  • Offering information, assistance, and materials to new and existing homeowners
  • Educating homeowners with regards to modification applications and governing documents
  • Coordinating modification applications through the approval / denial process
  • Assisting with compliance inspections
  • Processing and tracking violations
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Responding to homeowner phone calls and emails
What We’re Looking For
  • One year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone demeanor
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills that include a working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances over diverse terrain
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance – standard mileage reimbursement provided
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
