About the community:

Located in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Red Rock Country Club’s soaring mountain peaks and breathtaking views make the Red Rock planned community one of Las Vegas most prestigious addresses. Red Rock Country Club consists of 1,118 luxury and custom homes on the magnificent vistas of the inviting fairways in a 24/7 guard gated community. Enjoy majestic views of the Red Rock Mountains, the glitter of the Las Vegas strip and views of Summerlin’s finest golf courses and Country Club.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Provides administrative support to community staff
  • Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
  • Maintaining membership files, association website and homeowner portal
  • Ensuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organized
  • Fulfilling resident information requests
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondence
  • Maintaining warranty information for office equipment, telephones, and computers
  • Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets, architectural forms, traffic and safety forms, etc.
  • Assisting with community meetings and activities as required
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with HOA operations preferred
  • A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing with a professional personality
  • Must work well independently and within a group
  • Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
