**Lead Traveling Response Team Member**

**Claremont, New Hampshire - Claremont, NH - Temporary**

ClearChoiceMD is supporting the State of NH's Pop-Up COVID-19 testing sites and has positions open immediately to support this initiative!

**To join as a Lead Traveling Response Team Member, we are seeking individuals with experience as an:**

* EMT

* Medical Assistant

* LNA

* Registration Staff

**This is an hourly, non-exempt, temporary position. Hours are 8:00a-4pm.**

**Site leads need to be available at least 5 days per week.**

***Job Summary*** : As the site lead, provide supervision to the team and oversee the day to day activities at the Pop-Up Testing site. The site lead provides direction to staff and also completes specimen collection and other duties as needed at Pop-up COVID testing sites. The sites are meant to be either a drive-up or walk-up location to promote rapid collection of COVID tests. Each testing site is to be staffed with 3-4 clinical providers to handle the following duties and responsibilities:

* Expeditious patient registration utilizing on-site computer.

* Specimen collection, proper containment and labeling.

* Maintain supplies and equipment.

* Complete opening and closing procedures, including the direction and flow of traffic, as needed.

***Key Actions and Competencies***

* Ability to work long hours outside.

* Ability to travel to other testing sites to lead or take shifts

* Ability to multi-task.

* Collect as many tests as possible while always maintaining safety and following clinical procedures.

* Strong communication skills to clinical staff and the general public to maintain steady flow of testing.

* Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

* Consistent daily practice of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe working environment outside at the Pop-up site.

* Knowledge of computer function and basic office equipment.

* Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and procedures to administer patient care.

* Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
