We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role is dedicated to managing a key client account and requires strong knowledge of commercial insurance and certificates of insurance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, especially in a hybrid work environment, which includes in-office presence three times per month after the first 60 days, as well as additional times for training and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue certificates of insurance for the client’s customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collect and verify vendor certificates, maintaining an up-to-date and organized certificate database.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients, their customers, and the Certificate of Insurance (COI) team.
- Provide prompt, effective, and efficient responses to all verbal and written inquiries.
- Resolve day-to-day service issues as they arise, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded to the client’s satisfaction.
- Tailor solutions to meet client requirements within the scope of system capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and certificates of insurance is required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule.
- Ability to thrive in a client-focused environment and meet or exceed client expectations.

Education and/or Experience
Have 2-5 years of insurance industry experience related to certificates of insurance within a brokerage environment.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel
