Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries including entering quotes and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities/description:

• Collaborating with the outside sales to fulfill day-day business (inquiry, quotes, demo service etc.) driving revenue growth.
• Provide product information, pricing and technical support to the customer.
• Enter and acknowledge sales orders.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on order status.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Track and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping department to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with outside services (e.g., suppliers, shippers) to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform assorted administrative tasks as needed including invoicing.
• Support the team with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Sales force – Create/manage opportunities.
• Cold call – Generating leads and finding new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in inside sales / customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
