Janitorial Cleaner

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs floor
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Other duties may be assigned

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Flexible hours
• Drive to multiple accounts
• Valid driver License
• Full time 40 hours or more per week
• Paid travel time (if applicable)
• Weekly gas money (if applicable)

1st Shift $12- $14 per hour

2nd shift $12-$14 per hour

Weekends 1st & 2nd Shift $12 to $14 per hour.
