As a Property Manager in midtown Atlanta, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a Retail asset; from operational oversight and financial management - to managing important relationships with our tenants and vendors; your role is important, as you will also oversee property inspections, make sound recommendations; and have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas. In this role you will: You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors. You are operationally strong, and have the keen ability to build and sustain strong relationships. What you'll bring: 3 - 5 years commercial property management experience. Bachelors degree Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). CPM or RPA designation is a plus.
