```Duties:```
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise bending angles and dimensions
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling as needed
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating CNC press brake machines
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling purposes
- Experience with plasma cutting, milling machines, lathes, and assembly is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Basic programming skills for machine setup and adjustments
