Sales Representative

Duties:

- Conduct sales activities to promote and sell products or services to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activity

Requirements:

- Floral knowledge

- Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance products is a plus
