CDI Engineering Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

Provide assistance and information around electronics, computers and software problems. This position will provide hardware set-up support in a petrochemcial facility. The position is primarily located in Beaumont, with some travel to Houston plants.

Coordinate and perform set up of hardware equipment in the facility including moving equipment and working in offices inside the plant.

Perform service requests (installs, upgrades,refreshes, backups, patches, restores,cloning)

Participate in on-call after hour and weekend support.

Work with management and other staff to develop and facilitate training as need arises.

Consistently demonstrate positive professional attitude.

Computer hardware/software, network configuration.

Windows operating system.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a plant environment.

Familiar with Office software products, database and network security.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Associate's degree preferred or 2-3 years experience in lieu of degree.
