Job Title: Respite Provider
Job Location: Eau Claire, Wi.

We are looking for an engaging Respite Provider to hang out with an awesome kiddo to give mom some time for self-care!

Flexible Scheduling, fun environment, get paid to have FUN.

Pay:

• 14.13/hourly for shifts under 8 hours
• $207.45/day rate for shifts over 8 hours

Schedule:

• To be discussed and determined between provider and family.
• Looking for 2 weekends per month (to include overnights). Weekends would be back-to-back.

Tasks:

• Respite care is to be conducted in provider’s (your) home. Community outings are also authorized.
• Ensure safety while under your supervision.
• Engage with kiddo and encourage appropriate behaviors.
• Hang out and have fun! This kiddo enjoys riding bikes, rock hunting, video games, and so much more.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
• Must pass background check.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
