Role Description

This is a full-time role in our Management Trainee Program on-site in Everett, WA. During the 2 to 2.5 year training program you will be required to relocate once in Western WA or Oregon, and then again upon completion of the program. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of our business, including sales, operations, customer service, and team management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in training programs, and gain hands-on experience in various departments. No prior industry experience is necessary - we give you the tools to be successful.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills
• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
• Effective and complex problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Considers themselves a self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift , Monday-Friday
