Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospice care, memory care, and acute care.
- Perform tasks such as medication administration, and catheter care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare procedures and terminology.
- Experience in administering medications and following medication protocols.
- Familiarity with catheter care and maintenance.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems like Point Click Care.
