Cedar Park Group Inc. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Binghamton, NY

Cedar Park Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, maintain office systems, and ensure a smooth workflow within a dynamic office environment. A strong background in payroll management is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, including significant experience with payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office, and experience with HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline office operations, including administrative support, scheduling, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist with full-cycle payroll processing, including verification of timekeeping records, updating payroll information, and resolving any payroll discrepancies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR functions such as staff onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage office space organization, and support team communication.
  • Develop office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with legal standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
