Position Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Hyperbaric Technician for our Wound Care Clinic. This is a fulltime, day shift position. 

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Hyperbaric Physician and the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager/Program Director, will assume responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the compression chamber system and supporting components

*All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the Hyperbaric Physician

Qualifications

• Current Texas license/certification is required in one of the following qualifying vocations: Registered Nurse, Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician, Certified Hyperbaric technologist, Emergency Medical Technician, Diving Medical Technician (DMT), Military Corpsman, Commercial or Military Diver, Life Support Technician
• Certification as a Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) or Hyperbaric Nurse (CHRN) preferred within one year of hire date
