Position Overview: Dover Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for both the Dover Health brand as well as the related entities that comprise Dover Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, be highly collaborative, and possess the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns for Dover Health including each of its business entities.
Establish marketing goals and expectations based on business objectives, continuously optimizing plans to achieve those goals.
Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for special marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Lead competitive research, including the development, process, and analysis of key findings.
Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives.
Lead the development of sales tools and materials to support the sales strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Team members and key leaders for each Dover Health entity to enhance website, PR plans, social media initiatives, and paid media plans.
Define and manage Dover Health brands, target audiences, tone/voice, and brand standards.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including digital content, advertisements, and sales materials.
Collaborate with all divisions of Dover Companies to support their needs through the development of resources and collateral.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of ROI.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and driving results.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
