As the Neurosurgery Physician Assistant,

• Deliver care with both independent decision making abilities and collaboration with the board certified physician.
• Deliver expert care to patients with spine injuries or disorders in the preoperative and postoperative environments in Neurosurgery.
• Provide individualized care in the clinic environments under the direction of and in collaboration with the Spine supervising physician.
• This individualized care is achieved through comprehensive health assessments; detail documentation of history and physicals, consultations, and progress notes, ordering and or interpreting diagnostic test or studies.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required
• Bachelor's degree 

License/Certification:

• Current, unrestricted California PA license required
• DEA License.
• National PA certification
• ACLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Experience:

• 1 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
• Experience in Spine or Orthopedics preferred
