Cedartree Management Co is Hiring a Resident Management Team- Storage Facility Near Vancouver, WA

Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self-storage facilities. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM (2 PEOPLE), to manage the daily operations of a storage facility.

$16.50 to $17.00 per hour each, plus a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with all utilities included, commissions, bonus, a complimentary storage unit, and health benefits.

**Apartment has air conditioning, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and a covered deck**

The primary office manager must have competency in the following:
Excellent communication, organizational and coordinating abilities
Computer literacy
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be comfortable using social media
Strong sales skills/ability to close a sale
Ability to deal well with others
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Strong customer service orientation
Basic office organizational skills: filing, supplies inventory and ordering, mailing/shipping, office equipment upkeep/contract maintenance
Telephone, fax, photocopier
Ability to understand and clearly explain legal documents

Office Manager Duties:
Accurately execute rental agreements for storage units and moving trucks
Effectively communicate with other customers, co-workers, and supervisors by phone, email & in person
Complete a variety of reports regarding tenant and maintenance concerns
Use email, social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram as well as basic Microsoft Office Programs
Climb in and out the cabs and backs of moving trucks to clean and park them (Up to 26' trucks)
Open and close large roll-up garage doors (Up to 75lbs. of pressure)
Clean storage units and hallways thoroughly
Remove debris and leaves from driveways
Walk for moderate periods of time to show storage units to customers or complete security checks
Participate in ongoing education provided by the company

The primary maintenance manager must have competency in the following:
Janitorial maintenance
Ability to asses and evaluate issues pertaining to general building maintenance
Basic grounds maintenance
Familiarity with basic household/ garage power and manual tools and equipment
Excellent communication, organizational and coordinating abilities
Computer literacy
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong sales skills/ability to close a sale
Ability to deal well with others

Maintenance Manager Duties:
Clean interiors and exteriors of buildings
Maintain shrubs and grass areas around site
Remove debris, moss and weeds from all areas of the grounds
Patch walls and paint
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for large maintenance projects
Get bids for large projects
Complete security rounds
