(U) Duties include:
• (U) Develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides
. • (U) Assist in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
• (U) Develop and edit briefings, project, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team.
• (U) Draft Source Leadership speeches, talking points and executive-level communication products such as (but not limited to) Source leadership corporate correspondence, briefings, and white papers and positions papers.
• (U) Issue memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required.
• (U) Edit and submit as needed the Source Directorate WAR.
• (U) Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver Source communications that support the business process.
• (U) Develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic communications plan for Source and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides.
• (U) Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
(U) Required Skills and Experience:
• (U) Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions.
• (U) Demonstrated experience leading task team’s efforts.
• (U) Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process
. • (U) Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
• (U) Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.
• (U) Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• (U) Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
