***This position requires a TS/SCI Security Clearance***
(U) Duties include:
• (U) Provide periodic support to the Joint Content Management (JCM) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Strategic Initiative Business Plan.
• (U) Assess and facilitate making NGA GEOINT content discoverable and accessible.
• (U) Support and interact with SF Offices, NGA, and NSG mission partners to accomplish the SF’s mission and vision.
• (U) Participate in SF and Foundation GEOINT forums to support the SF staff in successful accomplishment of SF responsibilities
. • (U) Provide support to the SF staff for operational planning and integration support
. • (U) Support the SF staff to coordinate and produce a variety of planning and integration documents and activities
. • (U) Support the SFP Staff in the management of System for Requirements Management (SRM), data architecture.
• (U) Assist with development and implementation of best practices, processes and procedures.
• (U) Support the definition and development of performance metrics, and assist with metrics analysis.
• (U) Support the SF staff in the development and review of a variety of SF documentation, ensuring consistency with other hierarchal documents such as the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF), Strategic Planning Guidance, IC directives, DoD directives, and NSG policy guidance.
• (U) Recommend and coordinate SF staff actions necessary to accomplish the mission
. • (U) Under the guidance of Government, acts as the interface between NGA and NSG customers and source providers. The contractor shall demonstrate proficiency with Geospatial-Intelligence sources and methods, and systems/tools. (U) Required Skills and Experience
: • (U) Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community data and product types, missions and functions to include geospatial requirements process and production
. • (U) Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication and coordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels.
