• Experience: 5-8 Years of relevant experience.
• Primary Responsibilities: -
• Work with Business to understand the requirement and check the available business process in Workday and suggest the suitable options.
• Should be able to make required changes in across the Workday Landscape (Dev to Prd Tenants) ∙
• Managing delivery expectations and Extremely response in all engagements.
• Acting as the go-to-person for the service transition express in the region.
• Managing third party delivery in support of Service readiness activates and OAC compliance.
• To support, manage and estimate change and/or support services.
•  To Assess Functional Specs and to provide an impact assessment. 
• To ensure and estimate the cost and effort involved in providing change and support.
• Assist with the development of fit for purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK based support teams
•  To manage incidents and problems through to resolution and apply UK based processes for changes.
•  Follow appropriate processes and standards as defined by UK based support team.

Essentials
1. Workday core HR, Payroll knowledge Must.
2. At least 4-5 years’ experience in Workday Support.
3. Experience in Core HR, Payroll Business process of Workday
4. Good exposure of UK legislation and Payroll 
Good to have: SAP Payroll, OM and PA Module experience
