Client Relationship Manager/Client Partner

Basic Attributes:

3. Should be interested in committing to driving growth of one account for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a leader to drive account growth.
2. Increase visibility of CEI in the account - Enhance existing client relationships and develop strategies to expand CEI’s presence within various business lines & departments within client’s organization.
3. Build and establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and elevate CEI brand and perception.
4. Understand the client environment, issues and priorities to uncover client needs and shape deals proactively .
5. Lead customer conversations with insights to advance opportunities and co-create solutions while demonstrating CEI relevance & value.
6. Lead and Drive RFPs / proactive proposals for renewals, extensions, and support new business growth.
7. Collaborate with internal CEI practices and provide and thought leadership on client needs.
8. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients
9. Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members within the account.
