PrideNow is looking for an Invoice Customer Service Representative to work at one of our clients in Freeport, NY.
Pay: $23.00/hr.
Location: Freeport, NY
We are looking for a candidate who has the attention to detail to review and prepare accurate invoices and provide superior customer and vendor business-to-business basis, by phone! We pride our company on providing excellent customer service and we're looking for individuals who are already looking for success and the potential of a long-term career opportunity with our company! Experience working in an office, basic computer knowledge, professional and courteous phone skills to work in our fast-paced environment. Prior invoicing/billing and customer service and/or in-bound call center experience (1-2 years) is a plus.

Essential Job Duties and Expectations of Various Jobs:

• Verify/Process invoices.
• Preparing invoices for customers and vendors
• Resolve customer service inquiries and concerns.
• Recognize, document and alert managers with escalated calls/issues.
• Receive and dispatch service calls.
• Taking resolutions from vendors and entering them into multiple computer systems
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prepared billing in professional offices
