Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistants! We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in-person for a clinic based position in the East Bay, CA to join our team. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR/L.

• Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.

• Update client’s progress reports.

• Implement and document the therapeutic interventions, and provide feedback to the OTR/L on the client's progress during treatment.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy with a current California COTA license.

• Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license or eligibility pending

• Ability to build rapport with staff.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive and collaborative demeanor.
