Job Title: Plastic Slitting/Rewinding Machine Operator (Weekend Shift)

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Oshkosh

Pay: $20-22 depending on experience

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Slitting/Rewinding or Machine Operator to join the weekend shift team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating slitting and rewinding machines in a manufacturing or production environment but open to those with Machine Operation experience. This role will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic slitting and rewinding machines according to production schedules
• Set up machines, including threading materials and adjusting settings for optimal performance
• Monitor production runs, ensuring the finished product meets quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any machine issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Record production data and complete required documentation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in machine operation, particularly with slitting and rewinding machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Flexibility to work a 12-hour weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
