Office Support / Receptionist

Mon-Fri 10:00 am- 4:30pm

$16 hr on up wage is based on experience

Provide support in ALL areas of the offices.

This position would also fill in for time off and vacations to support the office staff. So some flexibility. Entry Level learn various tasks in the manufacturing office setting.

Help front desk and support office staff

Work with Excel and Word must have prior knowledge to be considered.

Excellent Phone and computer Skills

Maintain confidentiality

Must be able to create spreadsheets that include formulas

Great customer service/ relation skills

Attention to detail / reliable / accurate

Make spread sheets entry of data

Must be organized.

Must be able to multi task in stressful demanding times

Must be reliable to work the scheduled Part-time hours
