Your work environment

As Retail Training Manager, East & Canada and a part of the Retail Training department, you will be a primary ambassador of the CELINE image, product knowledge and service experience. You will have the responsibility to communicate and improve the vision of the brand through the retail network for East & Canada region. This role will report to the Retail Training Director, North America.

Your impact

• Develop & facilitate Training Programs including on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony
• Evaluate training and development needs of our Boutiques
• Strategize with Training Director to revise or build new training programs based on business needs
• Partner with Regional Director and VP’s to mentor and lead underperforming associates, and evaluate training level of all employees trained
• Facilitate New Hire Onboarding for new employees and store openings
• Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed when traveling throughout the network
• Provide post-training recaps to Training Director and Regionals
• Track efficiency of training programs, and provide regular follow-up
• Partner with Merchandising team to develop product training seasonally

Keys for success

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Min 5 years of Training experience in luxury
• Retail experience preferred

• Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs
• Ability to understand and communicate material and provide instruction to others
• Ability to prioritize and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess the training needs of our Boutiques, evaluate existing training programs and adapt content as needed
• Ability to develop methods to track and evaluate training effectiveness
• Ability to communicate efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to operate all equipment vital to perform the job
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000- $140,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
