Requirements

• The flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 2 or more years of experience working directly with customers
• 2 or more years of retail management experience
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or state equivalency
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Cellular management preferred
• Driver's License required

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoys community and interacting with customers, corporate office and associate
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
• Build positive relationships

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage 1 to 3 employees
• Maintaining a 40-hour work week average, preferred maximum of 45 hours
• Minimum of 2 closing shifts per week and 3 weekend days minimum per month
• Greeting customers
• Building positive relationships
• Stays up to date with current promotional offers, sales contests, and sales goals.
• Stocking merchandise and setting of advertising displays
• Explains features and benefits of appropriate service plans and equipment, the simple meaning of technical manufacturers' specifications, and method of installation.
• Available during scheduled evenings / days off to assist with work-related incidents requiring immediate attention
• Maintaining store appearance
• Back of house operational tasks
• Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business
• Other duties as assigned

SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR TRAINING AND MEETINGS

$50,000-$55,000 yearly salary including commission
