Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $32 - 37 per hourWe are seeking a highly creative and strategic global Brand Engagement Manager to oversee the concepting and development of our client's brands in New York, NY!As a Brand Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to on-counter launch. This includes conducting competitive and market insights, trend analysis, launch strategy, and partnering with markets to ensure comprehensive and on-time 360 launches. Responsibilities:Lead the development of competitive market insights, trend analysis, and launch strategies.Partner with markets to ensure the feasibility and profitability of projects through effective cost-of-goods management.Oversee the artwork process, includes reviewing and approving all mechanicals.Collaborate with Agency and build partnerships with key stakeholders.Assess digital needs and develop concepts/assets in alignment with the Manager, deliver to timeline.Identify need gaps based on competitive landscape and trends that align with the brand identity.Stay updated on the latest competitive trends and insights across platforms (social media, blogs, print, TVC, OOH, POS).Work with cross-functional teams and brand fashion to brief and create integrated consumer launch plans, including hero assets, POS displays, social assets, PDP copy, social activations, and more, delivering to timeline.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor’s Degree with at least 2-3 years of global marketing or DMI industry-related marketing work experience (beauty or consumer package goods).Meticulous attention to detail, strong prioritization, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with team-oriented managerial skills; managing complexity with reasoning from multiple perspectives and making decisions.Previous development and/or launch management skills, with examples of resiliency.Strong appreciation for our business and an affirmative sensitivity to the fragrance métier; understanding of beauty.Strong appreciation for our fashion and affinity to the brand.Proactive, with the ability to self-manage projects and overcome obstacles independently.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral).Demonstrates competencies in leadership, entrepreneurship, achievement, and innovation. JOBID: 1059514#LI-CELLA#LI-RK1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
