Location: Minneapolis, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $34.72 - 41.67 per hourOur client in the retail space is seeking a junior-mid level Category Marketing Specialist (Project Manager) to join their Packaging team in Minneapolis!
This role will be responsible for moving projects across the finish line with special emphasis on timelines, budgets, and workload allocation. This is a 3-month contract that will require you to be onsite in Minneapolis at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, including setting project context, facilitating working meetings, managing financials, and fostering project execution.
- Collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional teams (CFT) including Brand Management, Creative, Production Design, Merchandising, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Insights.
- Adopt brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs to create industry-leading consumer experiences.
- Ensure end-to-end connectivity of strategy and operations across packaging briefs and optimize the brand experience via packaging.
- Drive coordination, goal alignment, and budget allocation across teams.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests.
- Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly and effectively for a wide audience.
