Compensation Range: $63 - 68 per hour
Our top beauty industry client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join their Creative team in NYC!
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's digital creative projects, including overseeing e-commerce and social media initiatives. Your strong creative aptitude and experience managing high-valued digital experiences will be essential as you collaborate across the business and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Digital Creative Project Manager within the Creative team, managing processes and workflows daily.
- Oversee e-commerce and social media projects, collaborating with various business and marketing teams.
- Lead by example with a good-natured and motivating presence; thrive under pressure and inspire positivity within the team.
- Own standups and project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, weekly reports, and other materials to keep stakeholders and project teams informed.
- Manage the feedback and revision process to ensure projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and remain within scope.
- Work closely with Creative leads to manage approvals and route creative assets through executive leadership.
- Organize assets from project kickoff through to final delivery, and occasionally assist with implementation or installation.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with the Head of Creative Project Management to develop effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Digital Project Manager or Interactive Producer.
- Expertise in managing large-scale digital design and development projects.
- Proven experience managing design teams and collaborating across different departments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of creating production schedules from concept to delivery.
- Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and creatives in a complex environment with shifting timelines.
- Comfortable working with detail-oriented individuals and projects while staying focused on core objectives and schedules.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong determination to succeed.
