Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $32.00 - 36.50 per hourOur client's eCommerce & Digitization Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Shelf Associate to join their dynamic team dedicated to enhancing digital presence!This role will manage various capabilities used by internal & external stakeholders to enhance the Digital Shelf for all of our client's products. These systems are used to manage, monitor, report and analyze the performance of our products in the eCommerce space across search metrics, content benchmarks, inventory availability, and ratings & reviews. The ideal candidate has clear, demonstrable experience with Salsify on their resume. Applicants without this experience clearly listed will not be shortlisted. MUST also have their own laptop.This is a hybrid position in which candidates must spend 3 days on-site in Atlanta.Responsibilities:Co-manage Tier 1 customer support and optimize strategies alongside the Digital Shelf Manager.Develop and oversee the content syndication and optimization strategies for Tier 2-4 managed customers, executing these plans through our agency partners.Provide support for Digital Shelf activities, including platform management and technical support.Enhance and develop tools for online presentation and syndication of product information within the eCommerce channel.Analyze data from multiple sources, identify opportunities, and communicate insights simply and effectively across various teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.2-3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Content Syndication, Digital Shelf Activation, Product Management, or Project Management.Direct experience with content management and syndication platforms, specifically Salsify (mandatory) and possibly Syndigo. Familiarity with omni-channel environments and/or eCommerce retail channels. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across functions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
