CELLA is Hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid) Near Washington, DC
Location: Washington, Washington, D.C.Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28 - 32 per hourOur client is looking for a temporary Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to help populate a new Airtable database, which will enable easy searching and tracking of their member photo archive!
This role is strictly focused on data entry, involving cutting and pasting links, reviewing photos to identify content, and adding relevant tags and notes to the records. No specialized skills are required for this task.

Responsibilities:
- Populate the Airtable database with links and information about member photos.
- Ensure accurate and detailed tagging of photos to enhance searchability.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of photo content.
- Provide notes and context for photos when relevant (e.g., “campus photos taken during COVID”).
- Work systematically through the list of institutions, starting with current members.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Basic data entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Familiarity with Airtable and SharePoint is a plus but not required.
